Jasmine Botto ~
A licensed realtor with more than 15 years experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Jasmine Botto combines a professional approach with a personal style that makes working with her a true pleasure. Growing-up on the North Shore, Jasmine knew early that this community has something to offer everyone looking to buy a home - you just need to know where to look! When she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Business Administration, Jasmine established herself as a corporate consultant and executive administrator in the North Shore real estate industry, before going on to become a licensed realtor herself. She is former Manager of Operations for Sussex Realty Corporation and a Certified Customer Service Trainer. She has also worked extensively in the senior's housing industry. Jasmine is enthusiastic about her business, and in particular, about taking care of the people involved in the real estate transaction
Grant Botto ~
A graduate of Business Administration at Capilano College, Grant Botto advanced his knowledge and career though further training in the areas of marketing, investment, commercial and industrial real estate, house construction and project management. Grant has been a full-time, licensed realtor since 1989, specializing in the North Shore market. His personal experience as a homeowner has included the purchase, renovation and resale of several North Vancouver properties, providing him with a unique perspective on real estate investment and house potential.
Grant Botto has received a number of prestigious real estate honors, including many Sales Achievement Awards, and Community Service awards; in addition, he has held a variety of leadership roles within the North Shore real estate industry, including serving as Vice President and Director of the North Vancouver Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).
Grant brings to the table over 15 years of sales & negotiating experience, and is proud of the high level of service that he has maintained through the many different real estate markets seen over the years. The value of Grant's integrity and personalized, professional approach is demonstrated by the large number of satisfied clients who turn to him over and over again to provide guidance and support as their housing needs change.
